"Deferred Blocks" Counter

Hello again, Primo Support -
Another question, please:
According to the User Manual, the Counter for Deferred Blocks is described as follows:
Deferred Blocks: Number of cache blocks which currently stores write-data to be written to the disk. The number in parenthesis is the percentage of deferred blocks out of total cache blocks.
I am wondering if this counter is the number of deferred blocks waiting in L1 cache or in L2 cache? Or both added together?
And I have the same question for the percentage counter. Is this the percentage of L1 deferred or L2 deferred or both?
Thank you!
Tom
