I have Primocache installed on a PC with Windows 10 and a M.2 SSD as level 2 cache device.
The windows 10 PC has 3 users (accounts)
I created the cache task (with a level 2 cache) in one user and works OK, buy if I change the windows user then the primocahe setup is lost and start to work without de level 2 cache.
Primo cache works on only one account of a PC with Windows 10 ?

No, PrimoCache works in the Windows kernel level and apply to all users. However, users who have no administrative privileges cannot open PrimoCache GUI correctly and you may not see any information. But cache tasks shall still be active.
