any defrag program, like Auslogics Disc Defrag, or only the windows 10 builtin defrag ?

Windows built-in defrag has been verified to be safe. Theoretically, PrimoCache is able to handle defragment requests from all defrag programs. However, some defrag programs may have advanced features doing cache-like work. These features may cause compatible issues when they are enabled. For eg. SmartDefrag Pro - "Enable Intelligent Disk Boost". See the known issue #014 in the following link.
