reinstall/activate on same hardware???

Hello,
I purchased a PrimoCache license a week ago and successfully activated on a new Win10 PC I built. But today I needed to reset Windows 10 on this PC. When I tried to reactivate PrimoCache, it wouldn't accept the license saying that I have already activated the maximum number of computers. This is the SAME PC (no hardware change). All I did was reset (reinstall) Windows 10. I thought I could reactivate PrimoCache with the same license on the SAME PC. I'm using PrimoCache v3.08. Is there something special I need to do to reactivate with my valid license?
