Full cache and blocksize?

I am currently testing primo cache for caching my 2x HDD 1 TB Raid 0 stripe onto an old 120 GB SSD. These drives hold 1600 GB of games. For this purpose I have created a level 2 cache partition of 53GB. After playing Rainbow Six Siege, Civilization VI and Ghost Recon Wildlands I had about 37 GB of cache left. So at this rate I will not be filling the cache. I do wonder: what happens when my cache space hits 0? Does it auto clear old files? Is there a smart logic?

Other question is regarding blocksize. I noticed 16 KB takes 700 MB of ram. This makes me wonder; does primo cache NOT cache files below 16 KB (when set at 16 KB), or is it just the internal block size, meaning some efficiency is lost.

When cache gets full, least used data gets discarded.

It's internal block size. Bigger block size = less RAM overhead but worse efficiency in caching.
