I'm building a new PC:
OS drive will be a 4TB HDD
Games & storage will be RAID0 2 x 6TB HDD

Will I be able to use 32GB RAM as L1 for the 12TB partition and a NVMe SSD as L2 for the OS drive?

Yes, you would just want to make two cache tasks, one for each (Use the green "+" button at the top/left to create a new cache task). That's what I'm sort of doing now.

You'll maybe want to set a large block size (32KB or higher) for the L1 cache, otherwise the memory overhead can be dismayingly high.

A bit of your memory could be allocated to your boot drive as well, as part of the separate cache task.
