Need help to switch /deactivate license

I had a mobo go down and now I had to transfer my drives and gpu to a new system. Same Windows key but when installing the software it sees me as having already used up my installations. Maybe the license is tied to the mobo? I sent a request using the email address that I saw provided here, with all the purchase information from the email I was sent after buying this.

I hope that's enough information, thanks in advance! Lol, I already splurged on more memory ... :)
