Is it possible for PrimoCache to automatically skip backup reads? I guess I can reconfigure it via commandline to write-cache only, or pause caching whatsoever, but how about adding an option to ignore I/O of selected .exe?

Well, not easy for PrimoCache. However, we do have plans to try to implement such features. Thanks.
