Hello, i have read through all the back post and haven't found anything.
what it is when i attempt to run a backup I'm getting the bsod. it doesn't matter if its a manual run or scheduled run
Once i stop the cache the backups work perfect.
I'm pretty sure the root of the problem has to do with how ghost sees or does not see this cache.
so my question is does anyone know of a work around to remedy this problem?
other than this the software works great, i have had no other issues at all
backup sw: Norton Ghost ver.15
norton ghost v.15 and Bsod Topic is solved
Re: norton ghost v.15 and Bsod
I had the problem with Norton Ghost 10.0 and Windows XP.

If you want to change the PrimoCache settings you have to create a new cache from scratch (uninstall and reinstall PrimoCache).
It works fine for me now.

Re: norton ghost v.15 and Bsod
I'm really sorry about this BSOD problem. We finally find the root cause and now fixed it in version 2.3.0.
Thank you all!
