Dumpfile for BSOD

PrimoCache crashed for the first time in about one week of usage.
I attached the dumpfile, all details should be inside.

I have PrimoCache 0.9.1
My settings are: 128MB L1, 16Kb blocks, LFU-R, Read/Write, Defer for 2 seconds (no flags), 36Gb L2 (on SSD)

This BSOD error is related to defer-write feature. However the root cause still be under study. I'm sorry that so far we have no idea why this bsod error happened.
