win2012 server installation error

I've got error wlile installing on win2012 Primo.Ramdisk.Srv.Setup.5.6.0:

You may check if your TEMP environment variables is set to a valid location. If these settings are correct, you may try the following steps:
1. Uninstall previous installation of PrimoRamdisk.
2. Restart the computer
3. Install PrimoRamdisk again.

Did you run the application with administratrive privileges? Are all "TEMP" variables valid, including user variable and system variable?

And is the "Fast Startup" option enabled in your system? If it is enabled, can you disable it and try the steps of "uninstall, restart, install" again?

Yes.

System: %SystemRoot%\TEMP. Folred exists.

Well, seems quite strange...Is there any software such as antivirus software that might block the driver installation? Otherwise I'm sorry that so far I have no idea about this issue.
Btw, is it the first time you install Primo Ramdisk? Did you ever successfully install it before?
