Averaging Write Amount

there seems no ''Averaging Write Amount" function in 0.9.1. But I think it is useful to me. I would appreciate it if you re-add it in the next version.

This is very handy as it allows the SSD to be used when dumping the cache data to the disk. For example if the SSD supports 500MB/s then the primocache would use 300MB/s allowing applications/system to still use the rest.

Please, developers add it, i bought license but still want this good feature i seen in beta versions.
It works really great for write-heavy tasks like installation of games/updates and downloading ISO files.
It will be perfect step to improve final version with this feature ^^

Have added it in v2.0.0. Under Defer-Write advanced options -> Write Mode -> Average.
