First of, My Hardware:

Maximus V Formula w/ 3770K
16GB (2x8GB) 1866 Ram
120GB Force GT SSD & 1TB WD Black
GTX 670 2GB

I work in Cinema 4D, Ps, Ai, Pr, and Ae. And also do quite a lot of gaming on the side.

What configuration of fancy cache will give me the most benefit? And what kind of performance increase can I expect? I know the basics of how FC works, but the more complicated settings are confusing me. I don't have a way to consistently back up my drives, but I did order a 3TB External, which should be here either today or tomorrow.

Up to 300 times, in some scenarios, and nothing in others. Make experiments, and post results here, it would be helpful for others.
