When I make an file it has size zero.
After reboot, This RamDrive will disappear from System.

OS: Windows XP Pro SP3
CPU: XEON E5310 x2

MEM: Reg ECC DDR2 16GB

make a file with size zero? do you mean you manually create the mirror file or just create a file on the ramdisk?

The ramdisk will not be created if some errors occur during creation. Could you please upload the ramdisk's settings?
