Only Seq Write performance is bad...

There is a mysterious behaviour with our new Win7prof-64bit system, running Primo Ramdisk 5.6 standard for Temp-files. Please see attached screenshot. Seq/Write result does not depend on DIO or SCSI mode.
Config:
8x8=64 Gbyte Ram (Corsair DDR3-10700@667Mhz)
8 Gbyte Ramdisk in DIO mode
Win7prof-64-bit
Intel i7-3930k on MSI X79A-GD65(8D) mainboard, socket 2011LGA, Quad cannel
Why is Seq/Write performance as low as shown?
How to solve this issue?

Seems quite weird...Did you test with other benchmark tools like AS SSD etc? And do you have the ramdisk settings?
Thanks.

Ok, I did check with ASS SSD Benchmark (only SCSI mode supported...):
Difference between Seq/Read and Seq/Write are nearly the same...

How to get full Seq/Write speed?
Thx...

Hi disker,
Again, thank you for the information!
I am sorry that I have no idea on this issue so far. It is the first time that we see such testing results. I am not sure if this issue may be related to some third-party applications or system settins. If possible, could you test it on a clean Windows system and see the results?
Many thanks.

For testing purpose:
Is it possible to install Primo Ramdisk on a on-the-fly booting system (usb or DVD) like LiveSystemPro?
http://www.kare-net.de/LiveSystempro-e.html
EDIT:
Yes, it is possible to install Primo Ramdisk on LiveDiskPro system, but benchmarking with CrystalDiskMark or ASS is not working...
So I did a clean install of Win7prof. 64bit Sp1 on a separate partition:
Primo Ramdisk 5.6 standard is running without any performance problems even on Seq/Write !!!
So hardware and bios settings seem to be working.
Are there known programs/ drivers with compatibility issues? Is there a list of not compatible programs?
EDIT-2:
Gdata Antivirus 2013 is the Seq/write performance killer. After uninstalling everything is running as expected.
It seems to be a specific Gdata problem. Avira Antivirus for example does not have this problem!
Support ticket to Gdata is opened.

Hi disker,
I'm glad that you have already found the root cause. Thank you very much for your testings and information.

There seems to be a bug fix for Gdata Antivirus 2013 (tested on WinXpSp3 and Win7Sp1-64bit):
Create a new registry entry in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\GDMnIcpt\Parameters
DWORD_Wert(32-Bit)Name: ForceHashingFeature
Value: 0
Restart machine.
Normal ramdisk performance with Gdata-AV should be back...
