LATEST registered version of SERVER edition.
Running on SERVER 2008 R2 x64

Manual save option from top panel, and timing save (10minutes) is not working at all.
I click "save", but nothing hapens. Time stamp on ramdisk image file is still same (for couple of days).
I tried delete ramdisk, create new one and change everything, but still same.

image save correctly ONLY on OS shutdown.
Obviously, this is BIG problem...we are running company database on ramdisk...
I want to use timing save, or anything what will give me some pease of mind, that content of ramdisk will be mirrored to HDD as often as possible.
Image type: plain image

Before we used trial version of VSUITE ramdisk, which worked as expected.
Image type was: smart image

Any suggestions?

Hi ruzekm,

The image file's timestamp is not updated because the file is locked by Primo Ramdisk when Quick Save is enabled. This is to prevent users from modifying/deleting the image file.
