Feature Suggestion: Idle flush

Some users may have machines with lots of RAM.
say an 8GB fancycache is alot instead of setting a hard timer or averaging, how about checking windows disk statistics: Disk queue length.
If the queue length is low means disk idle and flush the write cache. If not, hold off the writes until timer reached or cache full.
