cache Read only changes

Hi,
I'm using the latest version with Windows XP pro and i have seen 3 times in 2 days this:
I use Read Only for my pc and randomly i see that it changes to Read/Write !!
Not sure why this happens but it is un-wanted.

Far as I can tell.. it does reset the option, but does not reset the function of what it was "saved" as to run.
If you set it to run as read-only, it will keep that setting even on reboot, but the option menu/drop down list will reset sometimes. Over all it is safe to say it's not resetting it self for use... it just forgets what was there for whatever reason.
You say it happens 3 times a day... 3 time being after a reboot? Normal computers reboot 2-3 times a day usally.

Well yes after a reboot could be so.
Also not other options change along with the "read only", the cache size and the method.
You say that the problem could be "visual" only ?

@Voyager: When you select an item in the device list, you'll see the settings (options) and current status. The left panel shows the settings and the right panel shows the current status.

So did the stauts say "Read/Write" instead of "Read only"?
