Primo installing problem

Just trying to install it i obtain the follow error
internal error: Expression error 'runtime error (at 39:638):
an error ocurred while instaling drivers. Drivers may not be properly installed.
[Error: 2]
The system cant find the specified file.
What can i do now ?

PD i use xp x64 sp2 and also using Vsuite Ramdisk

Please try the following steps:
1. Uninstall existing Primo Ramdisk installation. please see

2. Restart the computer.
3. Install the latest version of Primo Ramdisk. please see
http://www.romexsoftware.com/en-us/prim ... pdate.html

i did all this and no luck.
Code error 31, the device dont work properl because windows can load the required drivers for the device.
Please help

Usually this kind of error is caused by trial expiration. Please make sure that your trial period has not expired or you have a valid license. You may also check the Windows Event Viewer to find if there is any events logged by "FancyRd".

Is there any events logged by "FancyRd" in Windows Event Viewer?

i dont know but exist a problem with it. I was trying a lot but i was unable to make it to start. Who knows why....
I must back to vsuite ramdisk that at time dont cause this problem here.
in my opinion the problem is during the installing...

Are you a licensed user of VSuite Ramdisk? If yes, you may activate the same edition of Primo Ramdisk with your VSuite Ramdisk activation code. Then I think the problem you mentioned shall be solved.
