Tried to activate invisible memory, seeing the message

Attempting to use Invisible Memory might cause instability on some computers! It is strongly recommended to visit our website for detailed information about Invisible Memory.
Before continuing, please ensure that your computer supports Invisible Memory. It requires Intel 946 chipset family or later, or NVIDIA nForce 570/590 chipset or later. Also, ensure that no other software which does not support Unified Invisible Memory Interface owns Invisible Memory.

Pretty ominous message. So I have a Lenovo T500 with Intel Core2 Duo P8600, how do I tell if it supports invisible memory?
