Today I've made some more tests. I moved Pagefile to drive D, disabled Superfetch and enabled FC on drive C again (with L2 on SSD). More than half of a hour it works without problems. Now I have to go home, tomorrow I'll test it more...

It works for 2.5 hours now with Superfetch enabled, so the problem was likely in Pagefile

I worked whole this week with this configuration without any hangs, so the problem is definitely in Pagefile
