PrimoCache systray icon and CLI

The command line tool cannot run with PrimoCache GUI program at the same time. You must close the GUI program while running the CLI program, otherwise "Multiple Instances" error displays.
Same behavior when using the systray icon option.
From the CLI point of view, to display the GUI or to hide it in the systray is the same thing...

This is not a bug. It is by design to avoid possible operation conflicts. We also noticed that sometimes it is not convenient for users. We may re-design it in future. Thanks.
