How to check L2 usage

Post by rychupeja »

Hi! How do I check how much of total L2 cache is used?

In "Manage Level-2 Storage" I can see Free Space: 0MB:

But if I enter to Cache Task Configuration I see 931.50GB Free:

Does that mean that all of my L2 cache is used or none? Where can I find information how much of L2 cache is used in total?

I have around of 80TB of HDD storage and I'm thinking about buying another M2 SSD for cache, but I want to make sure that right now all of my L2 cache is used. Thank you for help.

Here it means the all space of L2 storage device has been assigned to cache tasks, no free space can be used for a new cache task.

Because you have already assign 931.50GB L2 storage space to this cache task. So when you view/edit the cache task, it says 931.50GB free. This means you can edit cache task to change the L2 cache to a smaller value, but cannot exceed 931.50GB.

You can check the Unused Cache (L2) in the statistics panel of the each cache task. Please see
