Suggestions for Torrent use

Looking for recommendations for using Prmocache in a torrenting situation. My setup is below.

Win 11 computer with a 4TB main SSD Drive (QLC). 64 GB ram.
Use computer for mainly torrenting but I do have a VM running Ubuntu and Pihole and Wireguard server.
2 TB Micron MX500 internal sata SSD using Storage Executive cache.
8 TB external 7200 RPM HDD (to store long term torrents on)
2 TB external NVME SSD on a 1000 MB USB connection

A couple old 256 GB NVME SSDs I could use in external enclosures via USB 1000 MB connections

The external HDD throttles my Qbittorent downloads ( 1GB connection) and thrashes constantly.

I currently have Primocache setup with 12 GB L1 cache combined read write for the external HDD and using a 256 GB SSD in external enclosure setup as L2 cache combined read write for the external HDD also. Deferred write on at 60 seconds. Flush L1 to L2 turned on. Prefetch turned on

Is this a good setup or any recommendations to improve?
