Interesting is that my 4.2.0 wasn't giving me any update notifications, even after manually checking.
I installed the 4.3.0 from the link.
[2023-04-07] PrimoCache 4.3.0 for Win10/11 released!
Re: [2023-04-07] PrimoCache 4.3.0 for Win10/11 released!
This is because currently v4.3.0 is only available in Windows 10/11 while update notifications are sent only when all Windows versions are ready.

So far so good, it's working well with both the Level 1 and Level 2 cache features. I didn't have to configure anything again, IIRC, which was nice. I've been using it since around the day it was released, fwiw.

i understand the 4.3 for server is waiting for new microsoft signing requirement, but is there any approximate time line? (and what would be approximate timeline for general 4.3 support for all systems?) Also a side question, can regular / pro license be upgraded to server license? or is it complete separate and sever license can only purchased separately? Thanks!

I thought the new version was DirectStorage capable? My system shows me that DirectStorage does not work because of PrimoCache. As soon as I remove the drive in PrimoCache, DirectStorage also works.
Edit: Okay, it doesn't work if you have Defer-Write enabled. A hint in the program itself would be very helpful here, just write it to the text at the exclamation mark or when the tool detects that you are affected by the problem, a popup or something? Attention, by activating Defer-Write you lose DirectStorage because it does not work together. Something like that.

The support for other systems including servers is planned to come out at the end of this month or early next month. Thanks.SnowReborn wrote: ↑Fri May 05, 2023 9:09 pm i understand the 4.3 for server is waiting for new microsoft signing requirement, but is there any approximate time line? And for license upgrading, yes, you can upgrade regular/pro licenses to server licenses. You can email [email protected] for more information.

And thank you for the suggestion.
