Later on, I found that my iastora.sys is two years old, after updated it, everything seems right. Thanks for the quick reply. :)

I just experienced this BSOD, its the first BSOD I've experienced all year and the only thing I've recently changed was re-instating Primocache on Windows 10 1511, Primocache 2.2.0
I'm not saying Primocache is the definite cause, I'm just trying to work out what it could have been
I was running a fair few apps including VMWare with 16GB allocated at the time, Windows 10 was updating to 1511 in the VMWare at the time of the crash and bricked its upgrade :(

Do you have a dump of that BSOD? If so, send it to the support.

Same here.
i5, 8GB, z77, SSD+2HDD, Win10 Pro 1511 x64;
PrimoCache 2.2.0 (512MB L1 for SSD, 16KB, write-data only, defer-write 4h, Intelligent, Free Cache on Written, Flush on Sleep)

Next day after install PrimoCache I've got system freeze for a few minutes during 20GB file creation on HDD, and on the 2nd day I've got BSOD 0x0000001a, my 1st one at Win10. It happened around the time of writing deferred data (~4h after system load).

In the background was running: Oracle VM VirtualBox 5.0.14.5127 (WinXP guest) and IPTV via vlc player. Have no dumps, sorry :(.
