Windows 10/11 - Memory integrity (HVCI) compatibility

Post by nathanjmah »

Hey folks,

With system integrators enabling virtualization based security w/ hypervisor protected code integrity by default for Windows 11, it would be great to have PrimoCache and RAMDisk compatibility for these newer systems.

I'm curious, does Memory Integrity only cause issues with using a RAM cache?
If so, that means that using a SSD as a level 2 cache and not having any RAM cache at all should be compatible out of the box.

My use case is only having a 1 TB SSD accelerate a 6 TB HDD with no L1 cache (RAM)

No, this is not a runtime conflict, but related to compiling the program.

Now PrimoCache has been compatible with Memory Integrity since v4.2.0. Thanks.
