I think [-f] Parameter should be back to your next builds .. It's very useful especially with huge amount of data being cached by small average cache size.

It's a cache parameter used in very old versions which allows users to set the access condition before data can be populated into L2. However, this parameter is not mature and caused some problems. In current designs we have abandoned it.
