PrimoCache and paging file

Since v2.5.0, PrimoCache enables caching paging files.
It's an awesome feature.
But it needs to be enhanced by copying the paging files blocks in the L2 cache as soon as possible.

I think that to wait the reading of this blocks to cache them make it useless...

Thanks for the suggestion. We'll consider it. Basically this requires the coming feature "Write caching to SSD" first.
