Using help link on primocache

Because primocache is run as Administrator clicking on help link will start browser with administrator privileges. This might or might not be a big problem. There is potential risk of some malware browser extension to access restricted places and do more damage than it should without admin privileges. It's not a bad idea to make help links drop administrator privileges if possible.
