External drive cache not linked after removal/reboot/wake from hibernation

Windows OS: Windows 10 Home Single Language
Hardware Information
    CPU: Intel Core i7-3630QM
    Main Board: Mobile Intel HM76 Express (on Lenovo Ideapad Y500)
    Memory: 16 GB
    Hard Drives: SAMSUNG MZMPA016HMCD-000L1 (used as Level-2 cache), Samsung SSD 850 PRO 1TB, ST8000DM 002-1YW112 USB Device (Cached device)
PrimoCache Version: 3.2.0

Problem Description: After removal of device or similar steps that affects the same way, PrimoCache couldn't relink my device automatically to the same cache on device reconnection. After trying manually adding the same volume, it gives this error.

The external drive is too big, causing lots of memory overhead while your system memory might not be enough. You may change the Block size to 256KB or 512KB and then try again.
