Used the function Reset this PC to reset the Win 10 installation, the result was more or less the same.

v3.0.9 - works fine
v3.2.0 and v4.0.0 alpha - certain keys were not working or very slow to response

Testing is still in progress. It seems there is a kind of compatibility issue with the HP x360 11-u012tu laptop, and the testing is rather troublesome (and time consuming). I'm thinking to remove the primocache license from that particular device.

We reviewed the code between v3.0.9 and v3.2.0. I'm sorry that so far we still cannot find anything which might be possible to cause this issue.

It seems the HP x360 is incompatible with v3.2.0 and v4.0.0 alpha (for unknown reason), I'm going to give up the license for that machine. Will send the details to [email protected] for further processing, thanks a lot for your assistance!
