Boot time Prefetch BSOD

Post by NaVi »

PrimoCache version: 2.7.3
Cache Settings: 10GB Level 1, read&write cache, 10s defer write, 64KB block, Native mode
Windows OS: 10 Creators Update, Avast AV
Hardware: Intel Asus z97, 32GB ram, Secure Boot

I don't think anyone stumbled upon this one yet:
When i enable Prefetch start at Windows Boot option and restart or cold boot a BSOD hits after showing desktop for 1-2sec.

rxfcv.sys
System_thread_exception_not_handled

Using just Prefetch option works fine.

Cache is for partition sitting on Storage Spaces raid 1 sitting on 2 portable HDD's connected to internal USB 3 ports.
I have not tested other use cases and I don't need prefetch at boot so It's not a burning problem.

Also in safe mode boot Primo Cache settings can we get disable button ? Will save time reinstalling.
