Tiny bug in Primocache 0.9.2 Topic is solved

I found a small cosmetic bug. Create a cache. Pause it. Delete it. Recreate the same cache for the same disk but with slightly different parameters. It will start paused. Restarting it causes no harm though. The 'new' cache runs normally. To avoid confusion I suggest to remove the status of any cache deleted.
