Probably as a cautionary measure, the developers only have a link to the download for the Alpha version of a 4.0 release within the thread about new releases. Probably best you take a look and then decide if you want to try it, having backed up what needs to be backed up first. It's been working well for me, but the very advanced features weren't doing anything special for my needs, so for now I'm not using them.
