All you pros out there - would you look over my settings and give me any suggestions?

Here is the setup;

partitions C & D are on my samsung 970 evo plus, Games is on an 860 evo and Downloads is on a 4TB spindle HDD;

I have 32GB of physical RAM and allotted 14Gb of ram to this.
I wasn't sure if I should have write-delay on the spindle HDD or not.

Look good as it? Or should I seperate into two cache task #?

You enabled the Defer-Write on the Download drive, however only L2 cache is set and it's 100% read. So actually the defer-write is not working.

From my point of view, I would like to create two cache tasks. One is for C drive with the following configuration:
L1: 4~6GB shared R/W,
L2: 0,
Block Size: 4KB,
Prefetch: Enabled.
I will make C drive only contain system data, no any personal data. And I will also backup the whole C drive for restore. Then I will enable Defer-Write with 30~60s latency on the C drive. This will improve the system write performance and I don't worry to lose important data.

The other cache task is for the Games volume and the Download volume. I assume that the Download volume is dedicated for storing downloaded files.
L1: 8GB ~ 10GB, shared R/W,
L2: 0. (If you frequently read from the Download volume, set up 100% read L2 for the Download volume)
Block Size: 64KB,
Prefetch: Enabled. (For the Download volume, Prefetch may not needed.)
I assume these two drives don't containing important data. So I will also enable Defer-Write. If data are important, turn off the defer-write.

Just for your reference.

What about P: Programs which is on the same 970 evo plus SSD? Leave it off?

That has a memory overhead of 3.31 GB using 4k?

Disregard with 0 set on L2 the overhead was minimal. Might go up when I add a 750Gb Program files partition.

C: Partition
L1: 6144, Blk size: 4k, Defer-write: 60 sec, Prefetch: on
L2: 0
-----
Downloads (hdd) & Games (SSD) Partitions
L1: Shared 9728 MB, Blk size: 64k, Defer-write: 60 seconds, Prefetch: off
L2: Turned off for G: (SSD) on for Downloads, set to 90% Read 10% write

I am not sure if I should add the Programs Files (SSD) drive to the first cache task or not. It is on the same ssd as the C:

No, don't add it to that cache task, otherwise 4KB block size will cause much memory overhead.
If the Program partition doesn't store important data, you may create another cache task for it with L1 and Defer-Write enabled to improve the write performance on this partition. However, usually writes on the Program partition are not many, so I think it's not very necessary to enable the cache on this partition. Just for your reference and you may tune it based on the real scenario.

Is this what your suggesting? I notice that the Free Cache (l2) is 220.10Gb of 240Gb. It's not being utilized for the L: drive which is a storage drive of software and mp3. I included the settings. Any tweaking, please let me know. WHile playing division 2 I noticed the memory usage was 98-99% so I dropped the recommended cache #2 size from 8 to 6Gb. C drive (cache task 1) has 4GB and cache task 2 (shared) has 6Gb assigned.
