I could not find any so my suggestion is to implement some statistical figures.
RAM is precious and should not be wasted for unnecessary or oversized Ramdisks. It would be great if existing Ramdisks could have statistical data on usage like what max, min and average size it occupied from assigned RAM. I believe this would help to get a good idea if disk size is fine or if it could be reduced.
