Startup times are no issue at all. I reboot once a week or less. And when I do, I press the button and gonna something else.

Speaking about reboot. Stupid Win 10 forces updates.Yeah they can be delayed, but I'm not always present to delay. Windows just reboots during the night, Processes still running, but it just reboots :-(

Yes, it is loaded at very early stage whether the loading mode is Normal Load or Delay Load.
Normal Load does the full loading of the image contents, while Delay Load only loads the wanted contents on demand.
