Reduce the ammount of reboots requried for setting changes

Post by shintsu »

Hi i notice a lot of reboot requests are required when settings are changed.
It would be very helpful if the settings can be set on the fly.
Its understandable for the first use you need to load a driver of some sorts, but if you change L1 cache from 128 to 256MB or the other way around you don't want to use a reboot for that.

You don't need to reboot. Just stop caching, make your setting changes and start caching again. No reboots necessary. :D
