Hi I like to experiment or read into the features and options of the software to make the most optimal configuration.

Sadly the Application it self is not providing any detailed assistance on what each option is for and what its doing
some example is Algorithm or the enable write defer options.
No idea what they are for. would be helpfull if the application gives offline assistance on these settings.

As for finding the ideal settings that is going to really depend on your particular setup. The way I found mine was to slowly increment through the various settings and run a battery of benchmarks to see how the settings impacted performance.

1) benchmark the system to get a baseline - I use ATTO and Anvil Pro but any disk benchmarking tool will do.
2) Record all your benchmark results (I use excel but notepad will do too).
2) Make incremental changes and benchmark again.
3) Compare results and you should see the sweet spot (ATTO does a great job of visualizing this IMO).
