If i stop the "Windows WMI service" the configuration FancyCcV not work.
But the cache optimitation continue to work also if stop the Windows WMI service?

What are you trying to accomplish by stopping the WMI service? A lot of device drivers depend on WMI running and if it isn't you can run in to problems. .

You do know that a lot of the raw performance counters depend on it?
Not to mention quite a few other services.
If you didn't mess around with your DCOM settings, it is pretty safe to let it run as well, else just change it to a static port and add a firewall rule for that.
