Lincense expire in Windows 8 Consumer Preview

Post by minhgi »

Hello Support,

I am testing Windows 8 CP and the license expire after I fast forward the date. The I return the date back now Fancycache just tell me the license had expire. No number of uninstalls, clean registry with Ccleaner, and reinstall work. It just tell me the license is expire.

I even ran into the registry and manually remove all related trace of Fancycache. Reinstall afterword produce the same thing. I even try the extended license in the "News" forum section.

I think Fancycache needs a new license key for it to work with Windows 8 CP. Please help.

You can simply return the date back and then restart your computer, and try again.

Thanks Support. That did not work, but what I did got it to work was to install an older version 0.7.0 to get it to work and then update to 0.7.2.

I back up and running on my Lenovo X220T with Windows 8 CP w/ Fancycache and Primo. =)
