FancyCache , soft RAID 0 and TRIM

Post by lapilesos »

Hello everyone!

I have a qustion about soft RAID 0 (Windows 7) and TRIM. What version of FancyCache will handle it - if any? (Volume/Disk)

I have a quad RAID0 soft ( 4 SSDs ) and some stupid app, that works with files opened with FILE_FLAG_WRITE_THROUGH. Did it will be cached with lazy writes?

PS: I'm new here and not native speaker, so - don't be mean please:)

PS2: I saw few topics with same thema - but they are quite outdated and not exactly same like this one.

Both Volume and Disk editions support TRIM. But since you use soft RAID0, we suggest Volume Edition.
