i have tested some of these solutions and personally i prefer the vsuite solution due to the configuration and the way it works.
But i think that an updated version will be interesting.

I checked the link you provided, but I'm afraid that these testing results might not accurate enough. At least I believe that the performance of our DirectIO ramdisk shall be better than our SCSI ramdisk if we only look at speed. Besides, the version of CrystalDiskMark is not latest.

Anyway, we are also doing performance optimization. Perhaps you might try our lastest ramdisk product "Primo Ramdisk" which has lots of improvements. For more details, please see
