Fix bug which is introduced since V1.8.3601.2338: SCSI Ramdisk can't support Windows virtual memory / paging file (pagefile.sys).

Please note that Windows will fail to create pagefile.sys and restore to default size if the minimum size of the pagefile is set to below 20MB, although Windows allows minimum 2MB.

Having been using Ramdisk v1.14 for the paging file for the past two weeks, it is a pleasure to proclaim that it has been working flawlessly and inconspicuously. This excellent software is now indispensable.
