I have a new Server 5.6.0 problem. Sometimes, not always, when i reinitialize the ramdisk that i use for temp and for general purpose, when i begin to use that ramdisk for example to extract with winrar or 7zip, the whole system begins to works soooooo slow during over 3 or 4 minutes. When the ramdisks are removed, and the prompt ask for the saving... all works fine. But some minutes later the windows xp X64 SP2 warning with some writing message and i have seen several events: Ntfs ID 50 Error writing ... Windows cant saved all data... blablabla Also an event appears: FancyRD ID ...

it is a ramdisk for all uses and without image file.

how goes the requested ? is it in consideration ?

when i access some folder on the ramdisk, the system get a long time to browse into.
Over 2 or 3 secons, and only the first time that i access it.

With primo ramdisk 5.5.0 Ultimate that doesnt happends.

I use XP x64 sp2

and another suggest for the next version:

the ability to show the Volume label name in the Primo interface, to allow us a fast identify.

disk | volumes | Name | etc

with the current amount of ram the usage of pagile is totally deprecated. Even if you dont use it, you will see how the computer speed is increased.

New suggestion. Show the ramdisk space also in GBytes.
also the abilitity to resize on the fly the ramdisk space. Could be useful when we have installed a program in a ramdisk, and some space left unused.

imagine that we have the system temp folder into a ramdisk. Then when the ramdisk get full, we reinitialize it. Then, at least with XP X64 Sp2, we cant open explorer windows. They want to be opened but then dissapear. An sometimes an error from 'unknown' come, and in this case explorer reloads itsel...
