I try everything and it does not work. How do I get it to work?

I have windows 10 64bit.

I have 512gb 950pro.

I create partition for L2.

L2 gets setup find with no problems.

When every thing activated on primacache app screen L2 writing and reading shows 0%.

I've tried everything and does not work. Please help!
