I am going to buy a license but it seems that the license can only activate limited number of computers. Does it mean I need to purchase a new one after re-installing the OS or buying a new computer?

there seems no ''Averaging Write Amount" function in 0.9.1. But I think it is useful to me. I would appreciate it if you re-add it in the next version.
