Depends how many drives are cached. It will tell you as the "overhead" usage.
2 Gigs of cache then another 1.5 ish for overhead using 16k block size.

Re: Is the Windows cache off when Primo Cache is on?
Found another "File Cache" tweak tool called CacheSet by SysInternals.
This is the system wide - all drive - file cache tweaking tool.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-au/sysi ... 97561.aspx
I set it to max = 960MB, and hit a peak of 7xxMB the other day.

it's like having windows firewall on and then installing a 3rd party firewall.
You don't need 2 firewalls.

Re: 0.9.2 Causes DPC latency
Im checking this but only other drivers are spiking the latency.
The primocache driver (rxfcv.sys) has no latency at all.
My DX kernel, USBport and nvidia kernel are doing all the latency.

Re: High memory usage / memory caching disable
It sorted itself out. I was changing the block size to the same as the HD's/SSD's of the default NTFS size of 4K.
Leaving it all on the auto detected settings doesn't use excessive amounts of ram.
