What the heck! I just looked, and it is back to v4.4.1. Says, "Last Update: 2025-01-26". No explanation ...
Romex, what is going on?

Re: New version v4.5.0?
I installed the v4.5.0. Seems to be fine. I notice no differences compared to v4.4.1. It says, "Last Update: 2025-06-13", clearly incorrect. Changelog shows latest version of 4.4.1 (2025-01-27).
It would be nice to see a Forum announcement as well as a detailed Changelog ...

Windows write-caching enabled or disabled?
Having a bit of an issue with Windows 10 Pro write-caching enabled alongside PrimoCache v4.3.0: If Windows write-caching is enabled, large file transfers (~30GB+ system backup files) across my local network from computer A to computer B will cause destination computer to reboot. If Windows write-cac...

Re: [2017-12-31] Primo Ramdisk 6.0.0 beta is available now!
I tested the Meltdown/Spectre patch on my x64 AMD Windows Professional 8.1 with several diagnostic utilities. I did experience a very slight slow-down (<1%). Not knowing the exact mechanism of the Microsoft fix and that my AMD processor was only affected by the Spectre side of this issue, I cannot s...

Re: [2017-12-31] Primo Ramdisk 6.0.0 beta is available now!
I have installed and lightly tested (benchmarks, database storage, browser caching, and system temporary files). I am running on an AMD based Windows 8.1 Professional x64. So far, all seems to operate fine. I never experienced the described issues of the previous versions (I think). However on this ...

Re: [2017-12-31] Primo Ramdisk 6.0.0 beta is available now!
I am with Parliment here, and maybe I have missed the obvious, but how about some release notes and details on what is new, improved, and coming in the 6x version of Primo Ramdisk?
Thank you!
Thank you!

Re: PrimoCache v 2.7.1
I installed the v2.7.1 and the program still says it is v2.7.0. I also checked and files sizes are the same as in the v2.7.0.

Re: Win10 TP + Hyper-V + Primocache BSOD
...... I'm quite sure that Romex will quickly fix any issues left. It has been 11 months since release and nary a patch has been seen in spite of the common problems people are reporting. While I hope you are correct I don't share your confidence that they will quickly fix anything. I FULLY AGREE!
